Promoter | This competition is conducted by Christmas Tree Hire Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to businesses located in Adelaide, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle and Sydney (within 50km of the CBD)
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Entry is limited to one entry per business.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

  • The competition closes at 5.00pm on 31 May 2026
  • Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible businesses must:

  • Complete the online entry form in full.
  • Provide a valid business name, contact name, email address and phone number.
  • Submit the form during the competition period.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prize

One winning business will receive:

  • One professionally styled Christmas in July tree hire package for their venue/office.
  • Tree size, styling and inclusions are at the Promoter’s discretion.
  • Installation and collection are included, provided the venue is located within the Promoter’s standard service area.
  • The total prize value is up to AUD$1000

The prize must be used during July 2026 on a mutually agreed date.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • The winner must have a suitable indoor location for the tree.
  • Any additional styling, décor items, delivery outside the standard service area or upgraded tree packages requested by the winner may incur additional charges.
  • If the winner is outside the Promoter’s standard service area, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a credit of equal value or redraw the winner.
  • The winner is responsible for ensuring venue access is available for installation and collection.

Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random on 1 June 2026 at the Promoter’s office.
The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within two business days.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to:
Their business name being announced on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
The Promoter taking photographs or video of the installed tree at the winner’s venue for promotional purposes.

Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition.
By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may also contact them in future with marketing communications, offers and updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is incomplete, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If the competition cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
